Consultation is educational. Examples: peer consultation, coaching, a presentation to a group, an article for publication, a podcast, training curriculum, etc. Consultation can be in-person or through a confidential Telehealth service.

Psychotherapy is often called counseling and therapy. I provide therapy to adults and couples, using my Telehealth service.
